Deposit/Cancellation Policy

  •  25% payment due upon confirmation of reservation during the summer period; 50% during the winter period. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior for Christmas. Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit deposit. For a full refund more than 30 days notice required, 45 days for Christmas period.
